We went there for an event In November, 2014 and had a multitude of problems. When we used the valet, our car was fine. When we came back, not only was I notified that I had a flat tire, but a donut was on my car. Here we are, finishing up January of 2015 with STILL no resolution. Charles, the VP of the company, will not return my call. Claudia (who answered the phone) even has the audacity to let me know that I should be happy they changed my tire, and it was a great service provided!!! Aside from the car issue, our service was AWFUL. At our table, we had two food allergies, a vegetarian, and a person who could not eat shellfish for religious reasons. Our server, ironically the same man that I handed my keys over to when I had arrived, gave the vegetarian French onion soup, and insisted that one of our guests the the shrimp. As for the allergies, forget it. By the time someone had actual figured out what "gluten" was, they were given a plate full of veggies covered in a soy sauce blend (soy=gluten), and were violently ill the rest of the evening. The management never even got to hear that complaint because they have never called me back to finish the discussion on the first point!!! Do NOT book this facility. I'll be sure to let all of my wedding planning friends know this information as well. Now, off to complain with the BBB. Perhaps some resolution will come then, but I won't hold my breath. ***added later****. (After the "response") Let me make this VERY clear, at NO TIME did I make it seem that if You didn't pay for my tire (notice, TIRE singular, as in the one that your valet messed up) was I then going to write a bunch of bad reviews. That was going to happen anyways, simply because of the fact that I feel that your business did a HORRIBLE job of even attempting to resolve this. Had I not continued to call and follow up, I'm sure my complaint would have been swept under the rug, just as all of the other situations from other people who have had complaints about different occurrences at Landerhaven. With regards to someone being violently ill, you wouldn't have known that if they had to leave early, now would you?

I've had two dinner parties at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven and both were really awesome. My company treated us to a catered party with hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. The hors d'oeuvres were fresh, hot, and tasty. The beer and wine were also good. No cheap wine was served and it was quite tasty. The second party was the annual Christmas party, paid for by my company. We had hors d'oeuvres, open bar, soup, salad, steak, lobster, nuts, Cheeries Jubliee, Spanish coffee, and tons of cookies and cakes for dessert. This was one of the nicest, most complete meals I've ever eaten! Loved every minute of it! Since they prepared 600 meals that night, my steak and lobster were not hot, but they were warm. Both were good, but not incredible. Recommend!

Antonio W is obviously an Executive Catering employee or investor. He has one review on Yelp and it's amazingly 5 stars for this sh*thole. Yelp aren't these reviews suppose to be filtered? Any person who would give this venue 5 stars is either an employee or has the taste of a starving dog. The food is beyond inedible. In the past the owner has been charged in schemes and bribes. Is this the type of person you want to deal with in your wedding planning?? Bobby Y said it perfect. Just watch the Robert Irvine show which Executive Caterers is on. What a nightmare!!! Unfortunately I was sentenced to attend a wedding at Landerhaven this summer. The dinner looked like Gorton's fish sticks and Encore frozen tv dinners. Since it is a known fact how bad the food is, we stopped and ate before the reception. The cupcakes were great, as they were brought in from an outside vendor. ScandalHaven

This is a fantastic place and their charitable event, Philanthropia, is a fantastic gift to the Cleveland community. I do wish they would upgrade their sound system. It's so hard to hear the speakers.
